The City of Newberry has implemented accepting credit cards and debit card payments. We have partnered with an independent credit card payment processing company Point and Pay (A Vesta Company) so that our customers may pay by major credit card or debit card. The card processor assesses a convenience fee on the total amount of the transaction.**The City of Newberry does not receive any portion of the convenience fee.**

**Payments may take up to 72 hours to be processed and applied to your utility account**

Under Florida State Statute, the City as a unit of local government has the option to partner with the third party to provide this service. Reference Florida State Statute 215.322
